Where We Ship We currently ship to all provinces within South Africa.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframe Standard delivery takes 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Rates Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Delays While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, PureDerma is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
